Auckland motorway crash: critical collision between two automobiles and bike closes SH1 South at Greenlane

All southbound lanes of State Freeway 1 in Auckland are closed on the Greenlane off-ramp on account of a critical crash involving a bike and two automobiles shortly earlier than 7pm on Saturday.
Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Company is asking motorists to make use of different routes. The motorway stays open to northbound visitors.

Drivers heading south are requested to exit on the Greenlane off-ramp or think about alternate routes.
Queues are constructing north of the crash to the Gillies Ave ramp.

A police spokesman stated the crash occurred between the Market Rd and Inexperienced Lane East off-ramps.
The motorcyclist suffered reasonable accidents whereas an occupant of one of many automobiles sustained minor accidents, the spokesman stated.
“One car flipped on its roof and emergency companies are working to clear the scene.”
